Many of you already know this small complex of 9 one bedroom
apartments, located in Silver Sands, next to the popular restaurant once known
as Mike' s Bar. Today the bar/restaurant is run by 2 of the most popular guys on
the South Coast, Zed, surf instructor, and Steve, kitesurf instructor, while the
apartments are now run by us, Mark and Milena. For those who don't know them,
they are simple apartments, but spacious and all sea view, located at the end of
a cul de sac, therefore quiet with no traffic noise, at about 2 minutes walk
from Rescue Beach and about 5 minutes walk from Silver Sands beach. Ideal for
sport people, but also for families, since thery are surronded by a big garden,
each apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen, living room with 2 extra beds and sea-view patio or balcony. Maid
service included twice a week.

quartier résidentiel de Atlantic Shares, à quelques pas de la mer et du phare
de South Point (et donc du fameux surfing spot), à 10 minutes à peu près à
pieds de la plage de Silver Sands. L’appartement est constituit d’une
chambre à coucher double\triple, salle de bains, cuisine équipée avec salle
à manger, salle de séjour avec le stéréo et le téléphone. Le service de
nettoyage est inclus et il est une fois la semaine. La linge de lit et de bain

simples, situé sur la plage de l’hotel Silver Rock. Trois de ces appartements

furniture, located a few steps away from the sea, right by "Mallard Bay House"
and "Mike's" little restaurant (see "other services"); it is about 5/6 minutes
walk from Silver Sands Beach and about 2/3 minutes walk from Rescue Beach. The

Romantic Caribbean castle-like hideaway on sea edge of 100ft

6. Teach'n' Song is an artist designed rustic Caribbean villa. Located at Ocean
City, St. Philip on the southeastern side of the island, the house ,with
security grills throughout,is situated on a high cliff overlooking the ocean and
is caressed by constant prevailing easterly breezes. This romantic location is
ideal for those who require a measure of privacy therefore car rental is
recommended. The interior of the house features coral stone walls and exposed
beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom is king
bedded and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The pool is set on the edge
of the covered patio.

Located directly on the sea, on the south coast road, a few
steps away from the centre of Oistins and its fish market. Nearby there are also
a supermarket, a bank and a doctor's office. The bus stop is right out of the
door, in front of the house. Furthermore, it is located 100 m from the Club
Mistral in Oistins. The cottage has two double bedrooms with sinks (it's
possible to add a fifth bed), a bathroom, living room with telephone, kitchen,
veranda on the sea with a beautiful view of Oistins Bay and a yard. Maid service
twice a week included in the prices. Towels are not provided.

Kabakalli, is the name of the exotic timber wood that has
been crafted and constructed to give the charm and elegance of traditional West
Indian (Creole) timber houses. Built less than 5 years ago, the apartment is one
of 4 rentals on the grounds of the 2 building 5 apartments structure. The
apartment is located on the bottom floor of the smaller building and it has one
double bedroom, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and 2
extra beds, sea view patio, phone, TV, VCR, CD player and fans. Linen and maid
service twice a week are provided.
Neighborhood setting with fields of grass and views of Sea. A brief walk to the
water and a 3 minute stroll to Silver Sands Beach, known internationally for its
excellent windsurfing conditions.
Located in the parish of Christchurch, on the southern end of the island, the
apartment is a 10 minutes drive from the airport and a 20 minute drive to the
capital city, Bridgetown. The very popular St. Lawrence Gap area is less than a
